Shipping Cost & Returns Policy
We ship every order from Peru. At checkout you see the exact shipping cost for your address before you pay, calculated on the total weight of your order.
Shipping cost by region
Examples with the rates shown at checkout in October 2026, in US dollars. Packaging adds about 40 g.

The checkout always shows the current rate for your address. Shipping to Africa goes by Serpost without tracking, and lost parcels on that service cannot be refunded.
Delivery times
- DHL Express: 3 to 5 business days once dispatched, with tracking sent by email.
- Serpost (Africa): 30 to 45 business days, without tracking.
Customs inspections can extend delivery in some countries, and remote areas may take longer. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not delivery days; weekend orders are processed on Monday.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes in your country, if any, are paid by the buyer when the parcel arrives. By ordering, you confirm that the products can be legally imported into your country.
Mapacho, hapé and other tobacco products
Mapacho (Nicotiana rustica) and hapé are tobacco. Some countries restrict or tax tobacco imports. Check your country’s rules before ordering:
- Australia: tobacco imports need a permit from the Australian Border Force; parcels with mapacho or hapé may be held at customs.
- United States: smokeless tobacco such as hapé cannot travel by the US Postal Service. We ship by DHL Express, and delivery is subject to the carrier’s and customs’ rules.
- European Union: each country charges its own excise tax on tobacco and may require registration for distance sales.
Tips to save on shipping
- The cart shows the total weight. Shipping is charged by weight brackets, so adding items up to the next bracket lowers the shipping cost per item.

- Enter a complete, deliverable address and follow the tracking to avoid storage fees or returns.
Returns and replacements
Inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, write to [email protected] and we will arrange a refund or an exchange.
If you are not satisfied, you can return items within 60 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit or a full refund, excluding shipping charges. All products are guaranteed.
Important notes
- No cash on delivery.
- Address and pickup: we ship to the address entered at checkout. If the carrier cannot find the recipient, it leaves a notice to collect the parcel at the nearest office. Parcels are not left with caretakers or building staff.
- Communication: we do not call to confirm shipment; the tracking number is sent by email.
- Delays: we are not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers or unforeseen events. If your parcel is not delivered within the expected time, we open an investigation with the carrier and issue a full refund when the case warrants it.
- Returned parcels: if a parcel is not delivered and comes back to us, we cannot reship or refund it while it is in transit. We will contact you when it arrives at our office.
