Checkout in Three Steps
- Add to Basket: Choose your products and click Add to basket. When ready, click Confirm & Pay.
- Create/Sign In: New customers register with shipping details. Returning customers sign in with email and password (you may store multiple addresses).
- Payment & Confirm: Select a method — Openpay, PayU Latam, Bitcoin, Western Union, or MoneyGram — then confirm the order.
An automatic order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase.
Prices & Availability
Prices and availability are valid except in cases of stockouts or typographical error. Orders are processed in strict order of receipt.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you before canceling and offer a similar product when possible.

Local taxes (I.V.A. / I.G.V) are included in product prices.
Customs:
Import duties or fees at destination are the customer’s responsibility (if applicable).
Dispatch & Tracking
- Dispatch days: Monday and Friday.
- Tracking: We email your tracking number after dispatch.
- Delivery windows: Economy & urgent timelines apply when the recipient is available at the delivery address.
- Europe notes: France, Germany, UK, and Italy may take 30–45 days due to customs processing.

Important Notes
No COD
We do not ship on delivery or cash on delivery.
Delivery Address & Pickup
Packages ship to the address entered at registration. If undelivered, the carrier leaves a notice to collect at the nearest post office or may deliver to a building concierge/porter.
Service Days
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered delivery days. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
Delays & Force Majeure
We strive to meet stated timelines but are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers or force majeure. If a package is not delivered within the indicated period, we will open an investigation with the carrier and issue a full refund if warranted.
Returned Parcels
Undelivered packages may be returned to our office. During the return transit, reshipment or refund cannot be made.
Local Regulations
By purchasing, the client confirms the products are legal to import in their country. Shamandealer sells items that are legal to market and handle in Peru.

Is your website secure for card payments?
We understand security concerns. All purchases on shamandealer.com are processed through trusted gateways (e.g., PayMe and PayU). Your card details are not stored on our servers.
How long before my order is sent?
Orders are typically prepared within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Dispatch windows occur on Monday and Friday; you’ll receive a tracking number after shipment.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship worldwide via certified, trackable services. Our economy partner is Peru’s Serpost, which connects to national carriers such as USPS (USA), Royal Mail (UK), and Canada Post (CA).
How long will delivery take?
Typical delivery is 15–25 days. Customs reviews may extend the window. If you haven’t received your order after 3 weeks, contact us so we can help.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Western Union, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Bitcoin. For regional options, we also support Openpay and PayU Latam.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer wholesale pricing to retailers and facilitators. Please email [email protected].
Will my information be used for spam?
No. Your data is used only for billing, shipping, and occasional promotions. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
Why hasn’t my order arrived?
If after 60 days your package has not arrived, possible causes include missed delivery notices. Sometimes the courier does not leave a pickup slip even if the parcel is available. Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Undelivered packages typically remain at the local office for up to 25 days.
